I know who you’re talking about! That mascot’s name is Mr. Blobby and he was actually one of my biggest inspirations for the Harlegrin. The emphasis on lower teeth, the polka dots all over and the slippage of the costume from time to time always creeped me out! Plus, I needed this monster to be extremely overloading to any kind of kid, so he seemed like the right fit.
